Welcome to The Woof Gang website. By accessing our website, communicating with us, placing a deposit, or purchasing a puppy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

The Woof Gang is a responsible breeder located in Plymouth, Indiana. All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to update pricing, availability, policies, and terms at any time.

2. Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Deposits will be applied toward the final purchase price.
Final payment is due before or at the time of pickup or delivery.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the puppy becoming available to another family.

3. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit is received. Once a deposit is placed, the agreed price for that puppy is locked in.

Shipping, transportation, and any additional services are not included in the listed puppy price unless stated otherwise.

4. Health Guarantee

All puppies are sold with a written one year genetic health guarantee. Full details of coverage, limitations, and requirements are outlined in our official Health Guarantee and Purchase Agreement.

The health guarantee becomes void if the buyer fails to comply with the terms stated in the signed agreement.

5. Veterinary Responsibility

The buyer agrees to:

Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of transfer.
Continue regular veterinary care.
Maintain proper vaccination schedules.

The Woof Gang is not responsible for veterinary expenses incurred after the puppy leaves our care, except as specifically outlined in the signed health guarantee.

6. Shipping and Transportation

We offer safe transportation options including:

Flight nanny services where the puppy travels in cabin.
Ground transportation options.

Transportation arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once the puppy is in the care of a licensed transporter, The Woof Gang is not liable for delays caused by weather, airline changes, or unforeseen travel circumstances.

7. Puppy Availability

Puppy availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is received. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to any individual at our discretion if we feel it is not in the best interest of the puppy.

8. Lifetime Responsibility Policy

If at any point the buyer is unable to care for their dog, the buyer agrees to contact The Woof Gang immediately. Our puppies may not be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or third party without written consent.

We reserve the right to reclaim or assist in rehoming any dog bred by us if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Woof Gang shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Veterinary expenses not covered under the written health guarantee
Injuries, illnesses, or behavioral issues that occur after transfer

Once ownership transfers, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy.

10. Website Content

All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are the property of The Woof Gang and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be handled in Marshall County, Indiana.

12. Agreement

By placing a deposit, signing a purchase agreement, or purchasing a puppy from The Woof Gang, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
